Knowing who you are
When starting anything you should have an account of who you are. Things like what do you like? What are your limits? What are your beliefs and why? You should also have a strong sense of where you Hope to go....
This is why we have goals. Its not purely for show. A goal of who you want to become will ultimately decide the best way to get there. I am currently a mother that's spent a long time learning that what was hard made me stronger. I want to become a mother that put those strengths into good use by giving others another way to do things. I want to become a woman that shares a journey with a lot of people that need a hand to hold through that journey. My daughter says I aspire to be a hippy.
But that dream led me here. That search started the website that I love and ultimately began this path. I found that by knowing who I was and who I wanted to become. I believe we all change with time so it's good to do personal inventories often.
Frequent self reflection results in a better life plan. You'll know when things shift so you'll know how to shift with them. I wish all of you nothing but the very best you at the beginning and end of every day

What an inspiring attitude. That alone is going to push you forward.
Jude also brings up a good point, and she is one of the best in the business in being flexible. As you can tell I am a Huge Jude fan and she has provided invaluable advice and guidance!
Stay the course and you will make it, absolutely no doubt about that!
Best, Steve
Awesome post Jennifer, you have a way of making complex thoughts sound very simple with your words. Thank you. Cheers Kev
Thank you so much. I love that people know what I'm saying sometimes I feel like I'm rambling

I am glad you are sharing your journey Jennifer and being such a great example to your children!
WOW! You are true inspiration not only for mums but dad like me. You have strong character, aspiring and have the golden heart of helping others. My prayers to your success. Thank you.
Thank you so much. My son tells me I'm a selfish helper. Because helping people makes me happy so at the end I'm always making me happy. Then he laughs and runs off yelling keep being selfish mommy (he's almost 13 and still calls me mommy) he makes being selfish fun lol
We try. The family unit will teach a lot. I hope to make those lessons a good memory and not something they need too "face" one day
