Hmmm, are you sure? Go to Help in the top menu bar, then click on Site Support, and then Create a New Ticket in upper right side.

You should be able to upgrade to a yearly membership without issue here:

If the issue persists, drop me a PM. I have also escalated to our team to see if they can determine what the issue could be from the logs.
