I have been trying to update my account to the annual plan but the settings won't allow me I just keep getting your account isn't eligible for this price but if you check my hi

Just create a site support ticket and they will sort it out for you!

that's what I tried to do but site support brings me here for some reason.

Hmmm, are you sure? Go to Help in the top menu bar, then click on Site Support, and then Create a New Ticket in upper right side.

Ohhh! OK, didn't realize that. I've never had any billing issues, so I stand corrected! Thanks for pointing that out.

This is a billing issue. SiteSupport is only for hosting related issues, just so you know. :)
