Yesterday Was Horrid!

I was supposed to take my mother to an appointment at the hospital yesterday. About an hour before I was to order the taxi I started feeling shaky and uneasy, then my stomach started going over and before I knew it I was having a full on panic attack. I've not had a bad turn like this in ages, but it's been such a stressful year I guess it all caught up with me.

Suffice to say I was unable to take my mother to the appointment which made her frustrated, but these things happen.
Now, you may be asking "What relevance does this post have with WA?" Well, this health problem effects my ability to hold down regular jobs, I never know when these attacks are going to strike. The ability to work for myself from home is the answer to all my problems, obviously it isn't that easy as it takes a lot of time and effort and some serious commitment. Well I'm still here and I'm close to my 2 year anniversary and have no intention in leaving any time soon.
So if you're new here and struggling, we were all where you are now at some point, some still are. But you can do this if you want it badly enough, I know I do!
