We discussed that in chat you can also let Kyle or Carson know and they can get that sorted out for you as you should have Jaaxy Lite as part of your Premium membership

if you goto your account settings ( click on your profile image (top right) and scroll down)
then make sure your jaaxy settings are correct...
even if they are then click on options and add a new account ...
your detail should come up - click ok and it may kick the system into recognising you....
or as Andre has said contact Kyle - he will get it sorted....

Can I ask your advice about something else please mate? I’m currently working on my iPhone as I don’t have a laptop atm. I inserted some images into one of my posts through Wordpress but it’s not letting me resize them, atm they’re not alligned with the edges of the text which is really annoying me.
Is there an easy way to stretch the width of these images or am I just having trouble as I’m working from my phone?
it maybe that they are aligned, just not on the iphone....
different screens will show them differently...
i would definitely try to get a laptop - it doesn't need to be a high spec one as it is all work online....
when you click on the image then i would maybe choose align center....
this gives me a full width with the text image.....
there should be a sidebar - probably under the image or post - not used mobile to edit a post....
i can't see how to get the sidebar in mobile mode ( seeing it in mobile mode from desktop browser)
