Haste makes waste
So frequently I see errors in typing, grammar, wrong words, incorrect sentence structure.
Sure, we are an international community, some are dealing in a Second Language, or more. So, I guess it is useless for me to continue to act as an editor for WA. What do you all think?

even seasoned English writers make a mistake, especially when typing quickly into a blog response such as this. It's easy, for example to type 'send' when I meant 'sent' and then I've used the past tense form instead of the past participle. Spell checker won't pick that up and I'm not gonna grammar check my blog discussions for this kind of minor screw up.
Personally I don't care if you point out my mistakes or not. Others might get all huffy. Whatever! :)
If you've got time to do that and rummage around WA doing that, go for it :)
Strange to note that lots of best of the best authors with all the editors still have mistakes in spelling in their books occasionally
I decided it is not worth my efforts. I can spend the time writing blogs or my website and developing my online business.
JAngele, no need to be an editor but nothing wrong with pointing out writing errors, no one should feel offended, getting advice to be better writer or expressing different opinions should be encouraged, that is a good way to learn.
Au contraire. When someone has taken the time to blog about something helpful for the community, or to ask a question, it is not appropriate to get out the old red pen and mark their paper. It's uncalled for and disrespectful.
Again, unless it is asked for.
It drives me crazy too. You would think Americans could read and write English. I posted this last week if you need to share with your followers. Common Writing Errors Have a great holiday season.

Not an issue for me. I tend to look for message and intent.
