I think it's vital - The initial website SEO options apply to your front page. For posts if you are targeting a keyword you should fill in your required keyword optimized title and description for that post too for sure.
Hi, As Kyle says in the training I do not think it is necessary to do this in each and every post If you have done this when you initially set up your website.

From my understanding when using keywords to create content you want to look for low competition 300 or less. Between using the alphabet soup technique and jaaxy all keywords Iv
You are correct with your guidelines; however, using Jaaxy will give you exact Monthly Searches and the QSR...very accurate! I have never used the WA Keyword Tool. Are you straight now?
Is that 10,000 pages according to Jaaxy or the WA keyword tool? If you're just looking at Google and typing in your keyphrase, you will be getting false results. Google starts by putting an estimate on the number of pages. Usually that's way above the real number.
Try putting the keyword into the WA tool to see what it tells you if you haven't already.
Yeah, you can usually ignore the standard Google search. If you want to get a more accurate figure, try putting the keyword into the keyword tool here at WA... then click on the 'View Results' link. You will get a popup window with a relevant Google search and more accurate results on the number of competing pages.
