Hey everyone!

I wanted to take a quick minute and write this post to help others that may be struggling. My title is not to brag at all, but to relish in this moment, and again, most importantly, to help others struggling and to see you CAN DO THIS! I know this is a bit long, but please read.

I have been a member for almost 3 years now. I knew what IM was, coming in, but not exactly sure how to make it all happen. When I started this thing I can't even begin to describe the amount of times I failed.

I failed over and over and over and over and OVER and OVER again. Seriously. I think I made $300 for the entire year in 2012, nothing in 2011 and before.

Its unbelievable to look at my BlueHost account, which I have had the past 1.5 years, and see upwards of 20 domains in it. Not kidding. All failures (well except for one ;)

My Mistakes

In the past 3 years a lot has changed in the world of Google. We now have Penguins and Pandas and I'm sure new animals on the way.

I will admit that some of my earlier sites were not up to par and had no chance given the new changes. Thats fine. It was part of learning.

It has been said over and over again by Kyle, and others here, that quality is KING! What I thought was genuine quality, on some earlier sites, was not.

The site in reference, my first of consistent sales, was written exclusively for the visitor.

I put my visitors first and gave them the information that they would want to know about the product or service. In the past I was too "sales-y" and was a turn off for a majority of visitors.

Here is what I have done and will continue to do:

1. Buy an EMD of the product/service .com/.org (if possible)

2. Write a NEUTRAL and UNBIASED review of the product/service.

Your not writing to sell anything. You are simply giving people the information about the product/service that they are wanting to know such as:

• What is it?
• How did it come about?
• Who created it?
• What does it do?
• What do others say about it?
• Where can you find out more? (Insert Your aff link at the very end)

When I say Unbiased and Neutral I mean just that. I am not hyping ANYTHING here at all. I am simply giving them the facts and at the end giving them a link to find out more (notice I don't even use the word "Buy" in my link)

I know this might not make sense, but if you give people the information they are seeking in a down to earth, no hype and no BS way you will be absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how many clicks you get and how many of those convert.

Last note: I use a separate headings for each of those bullets. This makes the page of content look nice and more importantly, it helps visitors find out the information they are seeking the easiest.

You have to remember that people SKIM webpages. So when each section has its own nice big HEADING it is extremely beneficial for your readers to find what they are looking for the easiest.

Finally break up the paragraphs under each heading so they are small and neat. No matter how good your content is people, naturally, get bogged down when they see a massive paragraph of text. Note how this blog post has lots of short bits of text.

3. (Last, but not least)Add regular blog posts targeting various other Keywords related to your product/service.

Google loves sites with regularly added content. I am going to write some more training on this, but for now I gotta get outta here.

If you are struggling to see any results please DO NOT EVER GIVE UP! I am testament to that and once you see success it is the most rewarding thing ever :)
