Why are my nameservers not accepedt by the wa platform?
I have changed my nameservers from GoDaddy to point to mywahosting.com, and they seem to have propagated on the DNS checker, with all the green check marks worldwide, but I kee
How long ago did you try adding the domain? If it was over 24 hours ago, you can reach out to SiteSupport to make sure there isn't a glitch.
Dothe letters that I have created for my referrals go out to them automatically or do I have to trigger them manually to go to the newcomers. Would appcreciate you guidance.Tha

You set up the trigger within your message campaigns so they go out automatically based on the metrics you've set.
They can go out out at a specific duration of time has passed after they enrolled, or maybe immediately after going to a specific tier of membership, etc. :)
Thank you Eric. I suppose my question should be :How do I know if the letters I have set up, do in fact go out to my referrals. I set them up to go out after 3 days. Now I am not sure if they did.

If you have messages set to their profile, just check on their profile. For messages you have set to go out as a private message, check your outbox.
Remember that starters don't have access to private messages, so any messages you have going out to starters need to be set to go to their profile.
