Dothe letters that I have created for my referrals go out to them automatically or do I have to trigger them manually to go to the newcomers. Would appcreciate you guidance.Tha
You set up the trigger within your message campaigns so they go out automatically based on the metrics you've set.
They can go out out at a specific duration of time has passed after they enrolled, or maybe immediately after going to a specific tier of membership, etc. :)
Thank you Eric. I suppose my question should be :How do I know if the letters I have set up, do in fact go out to my referrals. I set them up to go out after 3 days. Now I am not sure if they did.

If you have messages set to their profile, just check on their profile. For messages you have set to go out as a private message, check your outbox.
Remember that starters don't have access to private messages, so any messages you have going out to starters need to be set to go to their profile.
They do if you set them up

Most of my posts that I have recently published are not being indexed. The Google Search Console only points ot that the pages have issues and that need to be fixed. However,
You are well covered here with some excellent advice, and guidance.
Please let us know if you still have any questions.

Have you used the Inspection tool of GSC? HOW to use the new URL Inspection Tool on Google Console
Yes thanks Abie, just got the this reply from the GSC team: Google has started validating your fix of Page indexing issues on your site. Specifically, we are checking for ‘Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag’, which currently affects 26 pages.
Validation can take a few days; we will send you a message when the process is complete. You can monitor the progress of the test by following the link below. "
I'll wait and see.

this has been taken from a respected seo marketers email in the last couple of weeks...
I found an interesting quote from the latest Search off the Record Podcast. If you are struggling to get content indexed, it may be that it is not "utterly unique" enough for Google to want to index.
In this episode I share what the rater's guidelines say about "medium quality content" and speculate that many sites with large amounts of this may be dealing with a suppression at the hands of the helpful content system.
so it may not just be content not being indexed, but older content may be deindexed...
it is getting tougher to get indexed in google...
Sometimes it takes a while for a post to be indexed, and some are never indexed at all. There should be some other answers soon, my friend!
