In my opinion, the formula you mention doesn’t work in your case since there is no consistent income made by your site. However, you can try to sell it not as an online business (because it’s not) but as a domain name. To get an idea about how much your domain worths, you can try

I went to godaddy.com and it gave me an estimated value of $1006 for my domain.
So can I set this as a minimum price to sell my domain?

But I want to change the title of the post by just removing one word from the post.

Hi Nick, I am a strong believer if it ain't broke there is no need to fix it. You are ranking on the first page of Google, Bing and Yahoo and I think that is great.
Focus on your next post instead.

if you choose to change it don't forget to change the Permalink as well. Be aware that the old title will have a footprint and if anyone clicks on it it will return a phone at 404 error
Don't touch the slug/URL and it should be fine. A single word change won't usually affect that much, unless you mess with the main keyword you are aiming for. I've changed a lot of titles after ranking to try and achieve better click-through rates.

Having used Pretty Links for some time now, I have always left my affiliate links at the default setting using 307 (Temporary) because if I were to change the product or service that I am affiliated with, then the URL would change.
So, to answer your question, I recommend that you leave your affiliate links set to 307 (Temporary), as the only time you would use a permanent redirect is if you change the actual URL of a page or post... or even a domain change.
