Who say's great Customer Service is dead?

It may not be dead, but it sure as heck is on life support. Ask anyone who has tried to resolve any issues with cell phone, satellite, internet or cable providers. How about getting a satisfying resolution to a burnt meal you bought and paid for, or a good answer as to why your credit card interest rate got hiked a couple points when your bills are paid on time and you are not over your limit?

For all the complaints you hear about products and services online and the even worse customer service you receive when your grievances are voiced, you rarely hear about the great products and fantastic customer service support that is out there.

To be more direct, the great product and fantastic customer service that is right here, at Wealthy Affiliate. Kyle, Carson Jay and the entire team at WA do an amazing job not only providing a kick-a$$ product to all of us fortunate members, but they do an even better job at resolving issues and problems in a lightning-fast manner that is also courteous and professional.

I had an issue this weekend; couldn't log into one of my sites directly from the siterubix module, created a service ticket, problem not only answered but resolved in a matter of MINUTES, on the WEEKEND. I was, I am, beyond impressed.

So, hats off to all of the WA team, you have restored my faith in customer service, and have set an example for me to follow in my own online business endeavors. Seems as if the training at WA never ends! Keep up the great work.

Customer service is so important the have developed analytics for it.

I agree, it is crucial to the success or failure in any business. The analytics can be misleading at times though. Data has a hard time showing whether or not the person dealing with my problem actually cares. It is clear everyone care here at WA, and that goes for the entire community, Member's and Ambassador's included ;)

It was a great experience. The problem was solved before they even sent me a response email to my work order ticket.

Those guys are amazing with the membership fee just to have them on tap.

It's very true. My WA membership is one of the few I have that is worth every penny.

Hi Michael,
My story with WA Tech Support was indeed truly mentionable as I was transferring my old site from WP to WA and had some issues.in the process. They were so prompt, the answer delay was on my end--- I couldn't keep up with them. I too salute WA Tech Support.

Yeah I know what you mean. I still can't believe that the first communication I received from tech support was an email saying that the problem was solved , not a standard "your email has been received and someone will respond to you in the next 24 to 48 thousand hours ".
