How to change the yearly billing into monthly billing?
If you've paid for a year, you'll have to wait until that expires before you can change the billing back to monthly.

I want to pay my premium membership by Monthly not yearly, but the default setting is by yearly. How to change the default setting to Monthly?
I didn't want to put this here, but maybe it is the only way I can get a reply or help. I sent a email to Kyle on 2/22 and to the support team on 2/29 letting you know my computer has been hacked into, I have changed my banking account and my card number and you will not be able to withdraw my premium payment. The bank told me not to but my card info on my computer and to get a phone number from you so I could give you my card info over the phone.
I ask that you send me a phone number, But like all emails I have sent asking questions, help,and support, I have gotten No Reply.
Can any one help me?
Did you actually contact the support team under help center? They usually answer within minutes. If they didn't answer, you should have an active ticket anyways in your mailbox. I would keep bombing the through that until they answer.
Hi - there is no phone number for WA, so I can't see any other option apart from adding your new card details to the membership area. I presume you have enhanced your computer's security or resolved the problem which led to it being hacked.
I have sent over 200.00 to have my computer fix, but the problems with my personal info including my credit cards hasn't been fixed.
I am sorry you have experienced this, but I don't know how else you can make your payment. I notice you have been here for over 3 months but haven't completed any training or built a website. Are you sure you want to remain a member if you are not getting any use of the platform?
I have created a Domain name, a website even content, but before posting to the web, I emailed team support with question and or help. I got no answer.

If you click your image icon in the top right and select Account Settings.. it will open a new page
Scroll down to subscription settings and you can make your preferences there.
