Beginnings are no bed of roses. You can feel doubtful, scared, stuck, frustrated sometimes, when you're starting a new stage of your life, right?

one persons success motivates someone else to achieve success just by example.
here's a good example of someone being a role model and not by choice when I was in school there were no laws guaranteeing people with disabilities an opportunity to an education. I was the only person in the school with a disability and teachers didn't understand I learn differently and I struggled to keep up. I also entered the workplace 15 years before ADA became law. I had to figure out how I was going to make my own opportunities in the workplace because I couldn't find gainful employment.
I watched the workplace change and move online. Now I'm a Career Coach and help others figure out how to create an income for themselves and change their mindset of what is a job.
I'm an advocate for disability rights because I had to fight for my own rights and became involved in agencies that serve the disability community--more so when I lived in Atlanta than where I live now
