Sure Dean. This is a great example of being able to spot trends as they happen and taking action immediately. There was a news report about a certain product and I saw a cheaper DIY alternative on Clickbank so I just built a campaign around that and people liked it.
Also this was free traffic using the 'bum marketing method' which was the craze back then.
I started affiliate marketing in Feb 06. Joined WA in Jan 07. I didn't start earning consistently til May 07 so thats about 16 months from the time I started and 5 months into WA.
Thanks - I wanted to gauge as a part timer what to expect. What I am finding right now to be most challenging is CONTENT, design layout etc. There is a lot to go through as I am still only in PHASE 2 boot camp. I love the fact that the more experience marketers show some really useful tips/topics.

It's not necessary but in this case I was doing a bit of testing and wanted to show the results separate from my regular Clickbank account. I also wanted to protect my campaigns from the vendor who was also an affiliate and member here at WA and was very interested in seeing my campaigns and possibly ripping them off.
