Hi - you can use a platform such as Flippa or Motion Invest.
The value of the site will be based on its monthly income, which is usually expressed as a figure such as x30 or x35.
So, for example, if your site makes $400 per month, you could get $12,000 for it.
However, if it doesn't make any money, then you would struggle to sell the site, ad may wish to think about selling the domain name instead.

I am trying to connect my domain via FTP using Filezilla. Getting this. What's wrong? Did follow some tutorials on WA.

Hi Ingus, I just did this the other day, lol.
To connect to the FTP, you have to enter the FTP username and FTP password for your domain. These are different from your personal info.
If you click on websites, the on "view details", you'll see them there.
It didn't work for me the first time, and I asked site support. They did something at their end and everything worked fine!

The domain name can be sold on the same platforms which you mentioned?
Not Motion Invest, but Flippa, GoDaddy and Sedo.
