I came up with a niche for my fist website. And thought i should get some feedback about. Is it even worth trying?
My idea is: "Office and gaming chairs" niche.

Hi, Yevhenii. Welcome to wealthy Affiliate; are you into gaming. As niche gaming chairs are well up there, the gaming industry is massive; I had a friend spend 900 the other day buying a chair to help his back; he spends way too much time at it, currently hooked on the world of tanks.

Check out the competition, think about an angle that you can come from, and see about expanding it. With people working from home, a good office chair can be imperative.

One thing for sure, there is a market and audience there.

Best wishes,

Hi

These are the products you would be promoting on your site vs a niche subject you would be discussing.

Who would use such items and for what purpose? How's your specific audience (whomever that is) going to benefit most from what you have to offer.

The closer you get to know your audience, the better you go about finding a focused niche subject starting out.

You may consult with https://answersocrates.com/ for further research into finding a subcategory starting out. You can search what real people are asking as in Questions, Prepositions, Comparisons, in the past, letters and query. It is also great if someone wants to write a thorough research based article.

Essentially you are writing more informational posts so that you do not sound so salesy to Google and if there’s a solution, a detailed analysis review post for your visitors to let them make an informed decision whether to go click your links and go purchase the focused item you proposed to solve their issue.

A niche subject is something you are passionate and genuinely interested in could be a hobby or an interest, and know so well you can write plenty original content about.

ONE niche, a website. Products and programs can be varied however all must be relevant to the niche.

When deciding on a niche try narrow it down to a more specific niche, you can ask yourself the following question:

So I want to help people with ____________________ ?

Fill in the blank and you are going to get closer to a specific audience. Once a site starts gaining traction, traffic and authority you can then scale to cover another subcategory.

Hi there Yevhenil
From what I understanding the gaming chair market is quite a big deal amongst gamers. I would do some research on the competitor sites first and if the signs are good, I would go for it if I were you.
Let us know how it goes.
Blessings
Louise

Hi, I'd say it's good, as we now mostly live in an age where working at home is almost a norm. Not only that, but kids now-a-day tend to play inside more and having a good chair to game in, might just help to ensure good posture ... Good luck.
