Income Investments For Beginners-Why This Niche!
Just a couple of weeks ago I joined the Wealthy Affiliate Platform and since then it's been 'one hell of a ride'. I have so far completed the Level 2 of the Online

Entrepreneur Certification Training and looking forward to embarking on Level 03 in a few hours after posting this. If you remember on my Bio on WA I mentioned that in my spare time, I enjoy a pint or two with little chats on Business Development and strategy. I must confess that those moments have greatly reduced since joining the platform although not in a negative way as we are committed to adopt industry best practices on setting up and succeeding with an online business.
I learned very early in life that everyone can unleash the salesman personality within them if they only put their mind to it. So Wealthy Affiliate to me is an opportunity to learn and reskill on how best to win clients in the technology savvy age. This training and its supportive community of fellow online entrepreneurs and affiliate marketers will definitely be the foundation to the realization of new dreams for the later part of our lives. See below selected accomplishments so far!
1) Upgraded to Premium Membership
2) Set-up and own 02 websites
3) Chose Niche - [Income Investments for beginners]
4) Researched Keywords and created and posted 05 articles
6) Got indexed by Google
7) Almost done with Level 02 of OEC training.

So, you must be wondering by now why I selected income investments as niche theme to attract traffic to my website.
As the world's population grows, we are encountered both with challenges and opportunities. Apart from the climate imperative, a huge part of that challenge rests with improving the standards of living of the global population both socially and economically. This aspect is best encapsulated in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with a focus on wealth creation and reduction of inequalities and the Environmental, Social and Governance guidelines put in place as a reporting tool as the world navigates the path to net-zero. Despite these efforts, surveys from respectable and prestigious firms have shown that only 35% of male respondent and 30% of female respondent are financially literate with knowledge of financial principles like interest compounding, risk diversification and inflation. With this notion in mind and with foreknowledge that there is a dollar value cost associated to communities and countries living with financially underserved segment of their total population, it's a no brainer that people who fall within this category of being 'Financially underserved and not Literate', fall within my niche and are a potential audience for my website. Worthy to note; the National Community Reinvestment Coalition reports that low and middle-income communities in USA lose $78 Billion annually as a result of being Financially Underserved. Mckinsey & Co. on the other hand argues that the United States Government lost between $1 Trillion to $1.5 Trillion in FY'19 as a result of Financially Underserved Communities in the country.

Financial Inclusion is also a watchword which influenced my decision to choose income Investing for Beginners as a Niche Theme. Putting Sub-Saharan Africa into perspective, the impact of Telco driven mobile wallets have been effective in helping to curb the financial inclusion gap. Because of the impact of Mobile Money in Sub-Saharan Africa for example, bank account ownership increased from less than 20% in FY'11 to more than 40% in FY'21. Industry leading statistics from establishments like GSMA have estimated that there is approximately 500 million registered mobile money accounts in Sub-Saharan Africa. To play devil's advocate, recent adoption of Fintech and crypto assets in the region is an indication that the mobile money users are more matured and ready for offerings that will supersede their primary usage of the platform for peer-to-peer transfers. It is this segment of the population who usually fall within the bracket of low and middle-income earners that trends like fractional ownership of assets will play a vital role in guaranteeing an upward social mobility trajectory by enabling access to lucrative income investment opportunities.

Financially Underserved, Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion are factors that influence my niche theme. These factors are also responsible for the vast proportion of the global population who will be eligible for various types of investment opportunities thanks to the rise of the Fractional Ownership trend and business model. I look forward to a time where relevant, basic and easy to understand information can reach this segment of the market to encourage them make the best of opportunities coming from the ever-changing nature of the global economy.

I think you have chosen your niche wisely. I have been aware of the trends you mention but haven't done anything about it. You have inspired me to look into some aspect of this niche.
