I have a table of contents now!

THANK YOU Merlynmac! AND Everyone else!

So, I was going to post a blog explaining to my fellow newbies exactly how I got my table of contents (once I figured out how to do it) but sadly, I STILL have no clue how to do it!

I would not have the TOC if it were not for a very helpful member of WA. Merlynmac graciously agreed to do a share computer session with me where he took over my computer and he had a TOC on my post in less than 5 minutes! Bless his heart!

I watched everything he did, but I did not understand what he was doing. I wish I could be more helpful to those who are as computer challenged as I am, but the GOOD news is:

There is always help here at WA!

All you have to do is ask! So many people came to my rescue with URLs and suggestions. I was actually kind of overwhelmed by all the help.

I didn't know which suggestion to go with, then following the instructions confused me.

I am so thankful to Merlynmac for coming to my rescue!

So, the post that I am referring to is my book that I am writing: Gathering Shards.

To those of you who are reading it, I now have a TOC so it will be easier to find the place where you left off.

Again, I wish I could explain to folks like me who struggle with stuff like this. I can't. But I CAN advise you to REACH OUT! ASK QUESTIONS! and KEEP asking those questions until your problem is solved!

WA is such a wonderful forum! There are SO MANY helpful people!
