Hey there, I am trying to transfer a domain I bought however it says that 'Sorry, we do not support the online domain extension at this time' Can this be explained as i did pro
What does your domain end in(.com, .org, .net, etc)? Most likely your domain has a tld that WA doesn't support.
You won't be able to transfer it to siteDomains, but you can still use your domain with WA by updating the nameservers to WA nameservers.
the extension is .online
but you can still use your domain with WA by updating the nameservers to WA nameservers is this the DNS information?
Some places like Godaddy make you wait 60 days from date of purchase to transfer a domain however you can have it point to your site here which is covered in phase 2 of the certificarion course. You can either transfer a domain or have that domain point to your site by changing the name servers to WA.
