Compuspeak
I'll keep this brief. I'm probably not the only one, but I talk to the computer when I'm working. You know the sort of thing, you look at the screen and you've inadvertantly pressed something and you say, "how in the hell did I do that?, I wasn't even on that page". That's mild but I call it compuspeak and my wife calls it profanity,so she's going to write a Profanisaurus in order to translate my technical mutterings into the English language and it should be available on Amazon soon. I'm glad my son's flown the nest because I don't realise I'm doing it and probably wouldn't be setting a very good example.
Best Regards
Dale

I talk to the computer too. I think your wife could add a psychology dictionary to the Profanisaurus. I think the computer causes us to go through every conceivable emotion. She could match 'furious', 'frustrated' - 'what's the matter NOW?, - 'annoyed', 'pleading' (pleeease print this!!!) to the various expressions.
lol I am guilty of talking to laptop to ... book sounds interesting here is one for you " what a dunderheed" one of my many words
Hey Dale,
Great post. I think your wife's book is going to do very well!
Where the blankety-blank did I put that dang document, anyway? LOL.
