WHY ARE THE STATISTICS SO LOW FOR PREMIUM CONVERSIONS?

Depending on where we are in our journeys, many have experienced people signing up as a Starter Member. But, why are most of them NOT upgrading? Kyle offers great incentive with The Action-Taker's Bonus --- a 59% discount on the first month of a Premium Membership. He also aways welcomes each new person and follows up with reminders!

Plus, look at all the essential and valuable tools and resources you receive for the amount of money it costs to go out to dinner or to a movie! Jaaxy Keyword and Niche Research alone is worth that!! Think about it!

HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO TO GET CONVERSIONS:

  • Make sure your automated messages are thorough and exciting.
  • Follow up beyond the automated messages, checking in with them daily.
  • Offer your mentorship!
  • Stress the value of a Premium Membership. Give them the link to "Included in Premium" to make sure they know all it entails. WA PREMIUM
  • Encourage them to set up their account: "I would love to see a photo." "Putting your picture up draws followers and is a great way to converse with the community." Give them the setup link.
  • Post a few of your blogs on their wall to get them motivated.
  • Ask them questions: "Where are you from?" What kind of business are you interested in creating?" Have you done affiliate marketing before?" Get personal with them.
  • How are you promoting WA on your MMO site? Are you making it personal yet professional enough for them to click? A lot has to do with drawing your audience in--in the first place! (This last bullet point was insight from Enstine--Read his remarks below. They are quite interesting!)

TYPE SOME OF YOUR SUGGESTIONS BELOW!

WHY NOT CHANGE THE STATISTICS?

I think that if we really put our nogins together, we can increase conversions and encourage more Starter Members to upgrade to a Premium Membership. After all, they are here to get serious about their lives and to explore the possibilities surrounding it! Imagine if all your signups turned into serious workers here!

Think of how many more would get to Vegas!

Food for thought.

I want to add this question posted by Hugh9905. "Erin, maybe you can communicate and dig deeper to find out what exactly they want from here, then you can address the benefits vs the cost of the premium membership. :)"

So, please respond below as to what you are looking for in your life, in regard to a stable platform. Are you searching for a place to write your blogs? An Affiliate Marketing business? Another form of online business? Thanks for your answers!

PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS POST TO SPREAD THE TEAMWORK! Thank you!

Hi Erin ! Thanks for this post...a Brainstorming post asking the question WHY about a topic or issue.

My opinion and first impression as I walked in through WA's doors: Communications within WA, members, Training etc was kind of not solid. My impression was while there were tons of messages from all over, there were no communications telling the visitor what WA and being in WA was all about (outside of ads) .

Communications about real-life experiences, success stories, individual results are not the core of communications encountered save for several member posts like yours which stand out as a source of needed information for newbies seeking assurance that they have entered the right doors at WA.

Grace's (LittleMama) sharing her monetary achievements and the time frame, effort etc is in my opinion another example of information sharing that will help many to decide to jump in.

At any rate, thank you for opening up on this subject.

Joe

My pleasure, Joe! You've stated some awesome thoughts here! However, I feel that is where the training comes in. We simply steer our referrals directly to the training (with our welcome message--and Kyle's, too), where they set up their account and begin learning all that WA is about. Kyle starts off with explaining everything needed to get started and continues with the step-by-step guide. It is a very thorough process.

This is a subject that stretches out in all different directions, and I thank you for your reflective input!!

Erin :)!

While WA is eventually the authority that will determine whether a would-be Affiliate client will jump in or just pass through and keep going, WA however is in the position of being the subject of 'curiosity' for the incoming onlookers. WA's own promotions are great but the LIVING TESTIMONIES of WA members will carry more weight, just an opinion, because these testimonies are coming from those who are in a position to tell experiences of success, failure, challenges from those who ventured to try out WA.

As an example, I had to jump in to find out without seeing a whole lot for assurance that what I was doing would actually benefit me. It was a jump of faith. Most folks do not want to do that with their money. And even as progress is made, question marks continue to pop up (for me). So, success stories make a big difference indeed.

Thanks, you all. ; )

Joe

Just saw your reply, Joe. (Oops!) You make some awesome points here! Testimonies are certainly a plus, encouraging onlookers to take that leap of faith!

Erin :)!

As a ‘newer’ member, I have to admit that I think this is related to something Kyle says in the early training modules, where it depends on what stage people are at in the purchasing decision. A lot of times (myself included) the members come here after trying other means without success, so yes they have the “is it a scam” mentality/hesitation.

I also think it has a lot to do with the personalized messages from members. To this day I have no idea how I came here and whose site signed me up, but the personalized messages actually turned me off as they were unprofessional and juvenile. This fed into my “is it a scam” mentality but what turned the page for me was I had personal communications with Kyle as we live in the same city. Also the positive encouragement from members in the forums and people following me (and me following them).

Hopefully this makes sense as I type this on my smartphone as my family and I are away on vacation.

Hi, Dave! I can see where you're coming from. Some members bringing in referrals my not have set up messages, or have set up unprofessional ones--and not according to the suggestions. I like the way you've brought us through your whole experience in joining. It was good to hear another's point of view when relaying it.

When I first joined, my mentor (Todd - tmaltz) welcomed me with a great deal of help and advice. I still converse with him from time to time, also. It really makes all the difference! It's too bad that you were never welcomed or approached. That's very sad to hear.

I wish you all the best! Have a great rest of the week!

Hi, great post. Motivation of the newer members to go premium can be challenging. For me it was a no brainer to go premium right away because this was a business I wanted to master. As for others to go premium there is a level of trepidation to jump into the unknown. We need to alleviate fears of newer members.
We should begin with the end in mind; in other words provide examples of active web site posts to use as best practice...I believe this idea would get a few more new members to go premium sooner. Best Regards, George.

Fabulous advice, George! Alleviating their fear would do the trick! Providing examples of active posts would prove its worth! Great input! I believe you are right! Enjoy your day!

Erin :)!

Happy to help. Thanks for the feedback!! Best, George

I love adding great ideas as yours to my brain!!

Erin :)!

This is a reach that can transform many newbies Erin!

Exactly, Mike! It's worth a shot, right!?

Erin :)!

A great multi-varied approach!

Oooo, I like that!

We all have different goals and ways to reach them. Some have staying power and some don't.

The first hurdle will see some people leaving never to return. Others will leave and then come back hopefully refreshed and remembering what they have been missing while they are away.

I am currently in the doldrums, but I will not be leaving.

Derek

You need to get out of those old doldrums, Derek! lol. You're right about the levels of contemplation. There are several good suggestions here of ways to up the Premiums! Have a great day, my friend!

Erin :)!

me personally, im on day 2, and yea the first month is good, but when thinking about the long term , alot of people cant afford almost $600 a year. i myself will probably go premium, but i also have a good career, so it wont bankrupt me. but there is so many scams out there, up sales, i was actually about to sign up for awol, when i did some research and found out the upsale is $15k? so i dont think there is anything more you guys can do, besides the help, and friendly atmosphere, and great training videos. i mean , i have never before built a website. but in two days of training videos, i have one. so thank you all for the help!

Hello, Randy and happy to connect! Thank you so much for sharing your experiences! I know there are several reasons why people don't sign up for Premium. Thank you for pointing out reasons why some may not. It is helpful for me to know. I am also writing a post to newbies, taking a kind of survey in order to further explore this topic! Great insight and I wish you all the best! Let me know if you ever need a hand!

Erin :)!

Hello Erin
In my opinion it depends on what is going on in the life of the prospect at that moment, it is a matter of timing, when one is looking for a financial solution, we are clear about our needs, dreams and time lines, when we are just looking as a matter of interest, the want is absent.

Repetition is a successful method of attraction, when one sees an offer repeatedly over a period of time it peaks our interest more, so as our training suggests, keep at it and results will show later.

Owning one's own business be it on or off line is not for all, it takes a certain kind of mindset and dedication to be a successful business person

As to converting folks to premium, I think we should encourage it beyond what we are merely taught here at WA, as you mention here the personal touch is needed, some folks need to be shown the way step by step.

Great post, thanks for sharing.

Gary

My pleasure, Gary! You've given so much great feedback!--Points well taken! Timing is a great reason, and mindset is another, etc. The personal touch always adds incentive. Great reply!

Erin :)!

Great points, Erin. Kyle do help by reaching out to my Referrers, even when they write down their goals down as well. How they come into the system plays a major role as well. Great post and yes, good for thought.

Thanks, David and great input! Your rank is rising for a reason!

Erin :)!

Hi Erin,
I appreciate you opening this topic for discussion.
This is something that helps everyone, including the WA because they also make the money each time someone upgrades.

You've given quite exciting follow-up points and I just picked a few brilliant ideas to implement in my marketing as well.

Here is what I want to add...

I believe everyone that thinks like you, has the mindset to create a successful business online, etc, will find it hard to resist the charm of WA.

One of the factors that bring down conversion is the kind of people we bring and how thorough we presell the platform.

Some folks are not just interested in the shiny things we see here. It's not just their thing to create a business online. Somehow, if you manage to bring them on board, expect nothing but abandonment.

Let's start with sharpening out targeting. Bringing the folks that are excited about what the hear about WA.

This brings me to the question... How do you promote WA? What do you tell your prospects?

Let the discussion continue...

~ Enstine

You've listed some great truths in looking back to the place where your visitors came from! Of course! Enhancing your site will add much credibility when it comes to conversions. What made them click in the first place? Relaying heart to an audience will establish trust. Plain and simple! Thanks, Enstine! I added a couple of your thoughts in my post and listed your name! (last bullet point). Great thoughts!!

Erin :)!

Wow! Excellent and thanks for adding that point and referencing my comment ;)

You rock

I'm always happy to post amazing feedback, Enstine! Have a wonderful day, my wise friend!

Erin :)!

Erin, I had no option but to start with Premium because WA did not offer the free month in the part of world where I live...

But it turned out for the better because I didn't want to lose time discovering everything that WA offers, so I really plunged into it in my first month ... now into my second month, I am a little more relaxed because I am convinced WA is what I want...

Really, Yoko? I thought it was offered everywhere. That's too bad. So happy it worked out for you, though! It does take a little time to realize the goldmine we are sitting on! All the best to you and let me know if you ever need a hand!

Erin :)!

totally agree that its a goldmine... and I certainly will reach out when I need help... but you've already really helped me a lot through your posts... loving them!

It's so nice to hear that, Yoko! I'm happy to give you some insight!

Erin :)!
