Are You a Diamond in the Rough?
BRING OUT YOUR SHINE!
Diamond in the Rough: Someone that has hidden outstanding characteristics and future capabilities, but lacks the finishing touches to make them genuinely stand out from the crowd.
You may have exceptional characteristics and great future potential, but you keep them hidden. Well, it's time to BRING THEM OUT!
Do you lack that special something that would make you become noticed? If so, you are what is know as A Diamond in the Rough. Your sparkle is hidden in the high grass, like in the rough on a golf course, where nobody can see you shine!
Do you leave your boots in the closet, or polish them up to wear? Show off like your shiny new boots!
SETTING UP FOR A FABULOUS LIFE.
You are more that able to produce a wonderful future for yourself--all the signs are there! However, in order to succeed, you need to bring your best out and let it shine for the whole world to see. Don't stand dormant to the possibilities of the future, but step out and make them happen! You are MORE THAN CAPABLE of being in the limelight of your life!
Rise up out of that rough and stand bright in the spotlight. This is your life!

I highly agree. Thanks for the reminder.
It’s best not to worry or be too concerned about what others might think of you. Many people have this, but may not realize it. It’s like they leave their talents waiting in the wings. Waiting for someone or something to validate them before they step out.
I am not as such, but I notice it-that creeping feeling- usually, when I ‘m new at something; when I ‘m just starting out. It’s an unnecessary feeling, so I shrug it off.
I think many people dwell on itheir “feelings”. It’s too bad because It allows a person to stop themself. It gives then an excuse. I never give feelings that much credence. They are from yesteryear and that’s where they’ll stay.
Yes! EXACTLY, Clare!! I love this reply of yours! So deep and meaningful that I'll bet many of us share. Thanks for your explicit comment, girl!
I used to collect Saudi Desert Diamonds and some friends have them polished up and made into jewelry!
Quite a great way to spend a weekend in the isolated desert, partying, camping out and looking for diamonds!
All my diamonds are in the UK still in the form of stones - ready to be formed into polished diamonds!
Knowing my luck, I have probably found real diamonds worth millions and not the Saudi ones worth nothing!!
Darn it!
