Go to Site Comments.
You need to comment on two post yourself in order to get 2 credits, as you need two credits in order to ask for a comment for yourself.
That is the only way to get comments at WA :)

I used a couple of credits for comment requests about five days ago and have received zero responses. Just wondering what I may have done wrong. Any advice?
Have You commented on them? :-)

(Got this sent to me) We're sorry, too many of your previous comments have been reported as spam, being inappropriate, or low quality. You do not have the ability to leave fur
When you are using the SiteComments platform, your goal is to add to the dialogue of the content and to be highly relevant to the content within the post.
If the post is about "how to lose weight fast online", then your comment should be about this exact topic. Ask a question, offer insight into your experiences within the topic, etc. You ARE NOT critiquing a website, you are not commenting on how you like the layout and you are do not want to comment things like "Great post" as it offers no value.
Here is some training on how the SiteComments platform works: SiteComments - The Benefits & Full Walkthrough You should watch this before you make another comment as it will offer you a good deal of perspective here.
PS. I have reset your threshold for you. Just be very careful moving forward.
You have to go to tech support and they can fix it for you. I went through that and tech support fixed it for me. I hope this helps you out.

what can I do to fix this issue?
Here is some good training that will help you with this: SSL: Activation, No Padlock, Mixed Content and Google Search Console Your site is secure, but if you are on SSL (https) and your website is linking to images or widgets that are not on https, then you will get this security warning.
It isn't all that uncommon if you have just made the swap over to SSL.
