For me it is to build an online business empire and work for myself and the sooner the better.
Not just plug along every day to replace the wage I currently have, but to offer so much value that I can not be ignored, to wake up every morning with unbridled enthusiasm for the days tasks ahead and as a result to be financially independent.
Many of you will know that I also work full time, and at this stage I can not give up a perfectly well paying job to concentrate all my efforts on my online business.
This in itself makes me as grumpy as the little dude on the left there.
BUT after reading The 10x Rule as suggested by our friend, Tony Hamilton, I have come to the realisation that if I want to achieve more then I need to do more and offer more.
An ordinary amount of effort will not make you extraordinary!
I am the master of my destiny, no-one else will do this for me and if I want it I have to make it happen. I firmly believe that if you can dream it, you can achieve it. I have proved this before and I will make it happen again. As my partner says - I make s*&t happen!
So while I continue to build my sites and wait for them to come to fruition and start showing some sort of profit I am also building a supporting business offering website design, and now social media marketing, to my local community.
I have just secured my second website build and hosting, this time for our local recycling company. I will also be developing and implementing a social media marketing campaign for them over the next 6 months at their request.
Who would have thought someone would pay me to post on Facebook!
Are you using your WA membership to it's fullest? How can you leverage your training and our platform to your advantage? What can you offer, what added value can you bring to a business or an individual?
As Premium members we have 25 domain sites available to us. I am currently using 3 of these for myself (2 affiliate marketing sites and now starting to develop a site for my local web design business) plus so far using 2 spots to host sites for local businesses.
We have access to so much support here at WA, that you are not going it alone if you decide to branch out and offer services that you are training in.
We have the best hosting which just continues to offer improvements and advances in technology.
We have tech support 24/7, as well as such an abundance of training and knowledge available to us that I doubt any question can not be answered.
You are the master of your destiny, don't settle for mediocrity.
Set your sights on greatness.
Reach for the stars.
I would love to hear what other members are offering in the online space.

I too am working full time and looking forward to the day when I can give up the 9-5 to work full time on my business.

Oh yea! All this sparkly shiny stuff had me distracted for awhile. I;m back researching,sharing here in WA and writing more. Getting back into the training again i know i need badly. Thanks for asking.. "how bad do you want it?" a line in a Don Henley song . td

Yes indeed, I have heard lots of reasons why not. We can call them reasons or we can call them excuses, it matters not because as you say you can't have them and success.

Loving it Heidi - My only regret is not having the time to grow it at a faster rate (we run some 'normal' businesses as well). Can;t believe how easy the training is to follow.
Thanks! Yes, baby step by baby step...! I have a heavy schedule but made a promise to myself that I will not get all stressed out from having limited time to invest in my WA training and my site. However, as things move ahead I find it to be so much fun, I just want to dive right into it full time...I am very creative with my schedule and am focused when it is WA-time and keep track of it, so I can stay ’cool’ and not stress out or jump ahead...
Great post. I love your drive and enthusiasm. I too work full time and get grumpy when I can’t give WA more of my time. I expect I look more like the grumpy little fella than you do.

I'm not sure I understand how you can host other websites from WA. But it sounds very interesting. I know others do it.Maybe you will need to do some training around this Heidi. Jim
