After 18 days - looking forward to 18 months
Can you believe it t is only 18 days that I started this amazing journey on WA - sitting in front of the computer in every free minute, of course.
My experience of 2 years on G+ has helped me to easily enter into contact, write comments and answer to notifications. Not everybody might have this habit and easiness of interacting on social media. So that was one Plus on the beginning.
The second PLus is for sure my 3 years trial and error attempts to handle my wordpress sites, which let me often exhausted and desperate. Theoretically I have a VA, but practically she wasn't there when I needed her and so I got stopped continuously whenever I arrived at a point where I just DIDN'T KNOW and was hopeless, with nobody to ask. It kept me in a sense of permanent delay and failure.
Well, then I came HERE and WOW. I work away with the (new) website, fresh and excited, because already in the first few days many of the questions were answered which had stopped me for weeks before. AND there are so many helpful people here, it is a pure joy to be able to ASK questions and GET ANSWERS.
And yes, the work has still to be done, the trainings worked through and the applications learnt for the websites - and what I learn here I immediately attempt to transport to my other -unfortunate - websites. I know there is still a LOT to be learnt and to be done, but now I am confident that I can learn it because there is somebody to teach me and help me out in moments of difficulty.
I am not thinking yet about how to earn money with the website, this comes later. First getting things in place and get familiar with how all those new things work (it was always an enigma to me how I would be able to earn money with a website, other than announcing a course for people to sign up - which doesn't happen very much if nobody finds the site, right?).....
So I am looking forward to the next 17 1/2 months and am wondering where I will be then. Thanks to everybody I got to know so far for being a companion on this exciting journey!

That's great!! I'm so happy when I read that others are as excited to be here as I am. Literally thinking about it all almost 24 hours a day! LOL
Hi. My name's Liz. And I'm addicted to Wealthy Affiliate!! LOL
This is wonderful news that you are sharing here Heidi...I know it's great to be able to ask questions and get answers!
All the best moving forward Heidi.
I envy your locale - I spend a lot of time in Italy and the dream is to retire there. Whereabouts are you? :)
Hi Jude
I am in the very south end of Umbria, on km 73 of the Via Flaminia, that means 73 kilometers to the Capitolio, the center of Rome. I love my place, it is huge and I never made it to really create a lucrative center. Getting older I might not be able to hold it - and I wait for someone who buys it for a good price, although I would be sad to go away......
Rome is probably my most favorite city in the whole world - I will return, I threw my coins in the Fontana di Trevi! We spend a lot of time in Rimini but are probably ;looking at buying a property in Abruzzo :)
Can be quite cold in winter in Abruzzo!
I came to Italy for being warm - at least I thought it is warm, but even here not really in Winter!
