Now i'm not to impressed with myself to have to write this however I think I jumped the gun with my niche, I'm not as passionate about it as first thought and I'm really findin

You must start over.
I had my niche figured out straight away but then got stuck on the 'making money' level of the tutorials because I started writing for money not love.
I'm a violin teacher with many years experience and people come to me even from different states because I know my stuff. But... I was stuck with my content because I was writing about stuff I wasn't passionate about.
I left WA and quit my website completely for nearly a year. I came back in November with the new improved goal of making a website for my current students. If I reach people outside my physical students and sell stuff - great. If not, then I'm writing stuff and making videos and making a really good site for my current physical business and for students I love.

To cut the already super long story short, write about what you love and results will follow. It doesn't work the other way around.

best of luck and I really would be interested to hear what you decide

marketa :)

Thanks Marketa,
It's not going to be a rushed decision this time, a well thought out plan, one that I'm passionate about first and foremost.
Thanks for your feedback I appreciate it.
Heath

Hello Heath, Your niche needs to be something you love and be able to openly talk and write about, so go ahead and start a new niche, but why not keep the other on the back burner, you never know it might all of a sudden spring into life and flourish. Good Luck.
Regards
Wilson

Niche is just that your slice of what you want to cover
In the world of on-line there are millions of people ... there are people out there searching to find what you know and love.... follow the WA training and invite those people to read what you know and love
Best to you
TIM

Thanks Tim good advice
Heath

I know you have something that you're considering, but this guy has done five blog posts just like this one--check it out!

The best part about this is you can always keep what you have and start another site. It can also have as many as you would like but it can be hard to keep them all together with multiple sites. I only have one site and have thought about doing a second site but not sure time will allow as of right now. I hope you can find something that will work for you in the future and make it happen for yourself and your beautiful family.
Wishing you all the best success
Douglas

Thanks Doug,
I definitely need to just focus on one until I really know what I'm doing, like you said it's not going anywhere, maybe later down the track I can pick up where I left off but for now I need to choose the right niche.
Much success to you also
Heath

So very true--Kyle advises one during the training--another mistake that I made early by jumping the gun!

I'm in the very early stages of creating my website. Is there a timeline in which the training and action taken be completed? (to slow) Can it have a negative impact going forw

Just keep writing relevant content to your niche on your website, Heath! Build it strong and right, and they will come!

Jeff

Thanks Jeff appreciate the feedback

Heath

Any time, Heath!

Jeff

It does not take long to get it up, but to build it depends on your plans and how much effort you can invest.

- 1 blog a week will get you 52 blogs a year

- 1 blog a week + 1 product review every fortnight will get you 52 blogs and 24 product reviews a year

- 2 blogs a week will get you 104 A year

You can build a significant website with content assets in a year.

We do have members that do 100 blogs in 3 months but it is not me.

Cheers,
Stanley

Thanks Stanley, appreciate your feed back. I guess creating a realistic schedule and breaking it all down, certainly makes it less overwhelming and more achievable, as apposed to looking at the bigger picture.

Cheers,
Heath

Yes, that would be the right approach. It should fit you.

The best thing to do is work at your own pace and not rush into things the training is always there for you should you wish to go back to any lessons.

Some link to rush only to find out they missed parts and in the end go back which will take more time than working at your own pace.

Also as you have a family make sure they are not left out as well.

As far as focus, focus on one lesson at a time and get that down and gradually build your solid foundation to your website.

Wishing you well.

Andre

Hey Andre

Thanks for the reply, I'm not skipping any steps and definitely making sure i'm taking action, i work full time and away from home, so of an evening i get the most time to spend on WA. When i'm home it's all family time unless i get up early and do some work then. My weakness at this point is being able to complete a post in a timely manner. Never the less, really enjoying being here and i'm learning so much.

Thanks for the feed back

Heath

Great to hear Heath, I also work full time at times put in 40 to 50 hrs work there even though its a 38 hrs week.

So I have some evenings to myself and the occasional weekend the rest is with family at home and other family members on various weekends.

As I said work at your own pace if your post takes a bit longer so be it, at least you can devote proper time with it than rushing and finding later it is a mess and needs to be re done.

'Keep enjoying all you do and keep going forward. Enjoy the rest of your weekend too.

Andre

Thanks thats awesome to know and i appreciate your reply.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend too.

Heath

You are most welcome Heath for me it's 9 pm here in OZ soon will hit the sack and get some rest for a busy week ahead. Take care
Andre

I agree, Andre--we should do it right the first time which is why I'm so slow!
