Go Live On Facebook - Push Yourself Out of Your Comfort Zone

It is a New Year. Do you have a new goal? Why not push the boundary of your comfort zone? Go LIVE on Facebook. Would it be worth it?

From my own experience of going LIVE since April of last year, I learned so much about myself, my vulnerabilities, and how I handled stressful situations. I pushed through my comfort zone.

As I aged, I passed through different phases or stages in life. From the securities, I knew nothing. Then to insecurities, I learned a lot more and at the same time made a lot of mistakes. Then back to security, this is my current state. I am learning not to take anything too seriously and taking baby steps at a time at face value.

Going LIVE, I learned to deal with three big things: SELF, OTHERS, and TECHNOLOGIES. I can’t control others and technologies. The only thing that I can control is myself. The more I learn about myself the more confident I become. I would recommend going LIVE. Push past your comfort zone. It is worthwhile in learning about yourself and become a great communicator. Here are the advantages of consistently going LIVE to sell your products, services, or ideas:

• You can be seen and people can relate to who you are
• Visual / videos catch more people's attention
• Get more people to like and follow you on FB
• You don't have to re-edit your video (It is the authentic you.)
• Create quality contents over time
• Learn and improve upon yourself
