Thank you, WA SiteSupport! You have been the best technical support I encountered since forever!
I imported websites to host at WA. Everything seemed to be flawless until I broke something such as the template to the website. I am not even sure what I broke. We encountered multiple obstacles while trying to figure out what could be wrong with the website the past week. 
It was working one moment and then not. Ughh!! It was hair pulling and teeth gnashing time. My husband was frustrated because it was his website that I broke.
SiteSupport was with me all the way. They answered all my questions and came back with additional suggestions. They were patient and always replied promptly. Finally, everything is back to normal. Keep your fingers crossed. I can sleep well tonight.
