I've finally overcome the negative self talk!
Well i've been apart of WA for nearly a month now and for a number of reasons it has taken me some time to get around to applying myself and really making a good go of this. The MAIN reason being the negative self talk that i have had to overcome, where the inner voice just wasnt relaying the correct information for success and to be honest, i was nearly crippled by the little gremlin! Fortunately i was able to get the critter under control and i must say being back in the drivers seat is a really liberating feeling.
So today ( actually this morning 0130hrs) was the first step in what i know is going to be a very exciting and fulfilling journey into the cyber world. I look forward to catching up with you all and sharing and exchanging life transforming information.

It is really hard to overcome those negative thoughts, but the key is to realize when you are having them and turn them around. Good for you for overcoming them. I wish you the best of luck !
One of the tricks I've learned over the year is to celebrate accomplishments, big or small, real or imaginary. It's an excuse to get all excited about something. To pump the energy level.
It's the same thing as praising a child, or a puppy. It works for them. And It works for me.
I Celebrate, Give my mind a nice big shot of endorphins. It's better than candy...lol.
Isn't the mind funny and amazing at the same time. Sometimes it really easy to trick. Sometimes it's hard to trick.
I am happy you have reached a stage where you are now ready to push your goals and objectives forward.

I so get what you're saying. Mine isn't so much negative talk as much as it is everyone talking at once. lol All the inner voices have now been muzzled and told to shut it cuz I know best. Glad you're back in the driver seat and moving on down the road. See you at the top!
