Best to get people who are really interested in working online and not just curious guys. They convert better.

I get my referrals from money-making websites and reviews. I post about WA and the goodness of it and I get a few referrals. Now that you reminded me of it, I should probably start again!

I am definitely experiencing the same thing. Most of my referrals are coming from Facebook and these are not converting at all. I figure it is because the people are signing up because they trust me but weren't really at the right stage of looking to do anything with it. I hope as traffic build so my websites this will increase conversion rates as I source people who are looking for an opportunity.
