Testing out The Gutenberg Editor? Wordpress 5.0? Have you tried it?
Hey All,
Is there anyone messing around with the Gutenberg Editor.
I've been playing around with it on a offline WordPress install and got to say it's perry cool.
It's in beta so I wouldn't put on your main site.
If you want to try it out, use one of your free subdomains or install an offline WordPress to your computer.

Everything's in blocks and you can add and change everything rather quickly including the colors and size of text. Very cool.

The goal of this new editor is to make adding rich content to WordPress simple and enjoyable. This whole post is composed of pieces of content—somewhat similar to LEGO bricks—that you can move around and interact with.
Some easy embeds and call to action buttons too.
Thoughts, Comments or Questions. Have you used it?

I have it set up on a subdomain dev.marionblackonline.com I'm really looking forward to the release. It will be awesome.
I just watched a video last night and there's a new plugin being developed alongside of Gutenberg that will allow people to switch back to the classic version of WordPress.
Really big things are coming in 2018.
Hi Marion:
You like'n this block system via the Gutenberg editor?
Any heads ups with it? Has it become a default usage for your page developments or in-part or have you opted out from it?
I'm interested with your experiences with it.
PM me, if you like.
So soon (at release of a new WordPress editor) we don't need any of the content building plugins to make awesome sales funnels?
It's a plugin now but said to be built into Wordpress 5, as of now they still have classic view/edit built in.
It is a plugin at this time. In beta. I wouldn't put it on your main site yet. It could mess it up. use a subdomain or install wordpress offline

Hey Greg:
Under the house, in my parent's basement, I used to play with blocks before I was 5. I still remember how fun they were & how creative they'd allow for me to be. Instead of simply imagining, I could lay out my blocks & then stack em.
The Gutenberg editor, as it is called today, is standard issue within the Twenty Twenty theme.
My read-ups (thus far) tell me block editor-ing is the wave into the future.
My question to you is have you written any follow-ups to this here post?
Have any problems / bugs been identified & or rectified?
Many Q's, yet I'll hold back for now.
No, I have not been on Mars or even the Moon. Close though.
