Would you care to reflect?

Hello all,

For me winter time has generally been a time of reflection, going within etc. With the winter solstice coming up on 21 December I am again reminded of this. I know many people in the northern Hemisphere who will be happy about this because it means the days will start getting longer! :)

Going back to me reflections - I recently shared thoughts on the following questions with others and the answers that came up were really interesting. So I thought I would put them to you and give you an opportunity, if you care for it, to take some time for yourself and your reflections.

Question 1 was "What or who brings you comfort and safety?"

Question 2 - " If you had to let go of ONE thing which would bring about a change for the better in your life, what would it be?"

Question 3 - What has been holding you back from letting it go?
