Domain Disabled? Now what?
One of my domains and websites has been active for over a year, with content updated on a somewhat regular basis.
I go to add some content today and this pops up:
WA Hosting
We regret to inform you that the domain entered into your web browser has been disabled. Please contact the server administrator for more details.
To log in to your domain Control Panel, visit the the Wealthy Affiliate site and follow the Login Now link next to your domain in the WA Hosting section.
Can't get into the control panel. But the site is still active in FTP.
Doesn't work on Firefox or iOS
Any ideas?

Back in business. Thanks to all who handled the support ticket. Quick response, quick fix.
Sorry about that and do get in touch with support right away if something like this happens again. Thanks for your patience here.
Thanks Kyle and Carson. Just completed the support ticket. Never had this happen before...thanks again for your quick response.
We're looking into this for you. Sometimes when a website is attacked we temporarily disable it to prevent further attacks from happening. Rather than deleting the site like many other web hosts would do, we monitor it and bring the site back when the attack has resided.
I do not know if this is the case for your site just yet, but we are investigating.
Create a Support Ticket and you will get more details. This could have been the result of a "rogue" plugin and we disabled temporarily to prevent any issues. Create a ticket right away via the Build Website page and they will look into this for you.

This is a great example to tell us, when things aren't right, write up a support ticket. ^_~
Thank you Kyle for liking my comment. Your example shows us how important helping one another is our key to success.
No problem :)
