FIXED!

The SurveyJunkie site has an app for your windows system. SJpulse.

For whatever reason this blocks the Pinterest page from displaying. This explains why the phone was not affected.

I uninstalled the app and all works fine.

Hey Greg,

After logging into Pinterest myself just now (Windows10, desktop) I see all, readily. See screen print #1 below...

It looks like your issue is a known issue, as it has been discussed earlier this year:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Pinterest/comments/13v6llx/pinterest_is_blank_on_desktop_browsers/?rdt=53975

and there has been quite a lot of discussion about this issue. See screen print #2 below...

Hope you find this helpful.

Thanks. I've been able to use Pinterest in the past, even a week ago, so this is new.

I looked at that Reddit thread, but saw no solutions. My issues is exactly like the person is your screen #2, except that it does work on my phone.

I contacted the Pinterest help desk and they did respond, but they say they have not seen this before and have no ideas, other than what has been mentioned here.

Send them the URL I provided above. That ought to do the trick. That way, you PROVE what you're saying AND that you are NOT alone with this issue.

Maybe then they will fix whatever is causing this.

Good plan. Thanks.

Fixed. See above comment.

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again.

Thanks, but I tried that. Nogo.

It's blank in all three browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), which is why I think it is a windows 10 or comcast thing.

Well l....
- did the cache and cookie thing...
- closed and restarted the browser..
- tried incognito mode...
- tried disabling all Chrome extensions...
- tried clicking the lock icon to the left of the URL. Nothing interesting there.

All nogo. Some story on all three browsers. No error messages of any sort. No warnings. Just the blank screen.

This happens also on my computer (Windows 11) refresh your screen and Pinterest should be there, sometimes you need to refresh a few times, and it is not, then close the window and open a new one.

Hope it helps. I keeps happening from time to time.

HI.
Thanks.

Refresh: Nogo.
Hard refresh: nogo.
Close and restart Chrome: nogo.
Switch to Edge: nogo
Switch to FireFox: nogo

So... yeah. I'll keep poking at it though.

Thanks. :)

you can update your paypal details on here - then sort that out with paypal...
wa will try three times to take the payment before it cancels the account...
if you click on your profile image and select account settings >>subscriptions then you can alter your information
or you can cancel billing in that area and resubscribe with the new information...
for future reference there is a page outside wa for billing queries...
https://wealthyaffiliate.com/contact

You can go to PayPal > Wallet > Preapproved > Locate WA and cancel it.

Hey Greg,

If you create your domain email that is hosted here on WA and have it forwarded to gmail (like we are recommended to do) then you will no longer need to worry about all of the spammers.

The basic email on the WA servers can be setup to forward to gmail which has filters. Here's a video to show you how you can easily do this: Hope you find this helpful.

Thanks.
