Second Pillar Page Completed

I finished my second pillar page for my new website created for the current Super Affiliate Challenge.

My website strategy is to organize content around a handful of authority-type pillar pages.

Other key elements of my strategy are:

• Write long-form pillar content of 7,000-10,000 words around overarching two-word keywords. The content will be SEO content, but the intent is not high SERP. Pillar page keywords will be high volume search terms.
• Write sub-topic posts related to the pillar page. Some will be long-form up to 3,000 words. My overall sub-topic cluster of posts goal is an average of 1,900 words. Some posts will focus on long-tail keywords.
• Write sub-sub-topic posts related to sub-topic posts of varying lengths focused on long-tail keywords.

Website Structure

My overall website structure plan looks like this:

Pillar page > sub-topic post > sub-sub topic post

First pillar page stats:

• 7,200 words (primary)
• 25 sub-topic posts (secondary)
• 3 sub-sub topic posts (tertiary)

Second pillar page stats:

• 8,800 words

The final draft version of the second pillar page was 13,000 words. However, I removed some of the content to use for sub-topic posts later.
