Negative Brain Cramps
Do you want to scream?
Trying to build an online business and website can be stressful. Most of us start off by doing it part time. We all have our doubts; letting our brain to start focusing on the negatives such as:
- whether or not you can make it online
- why it takes so long to start making money
- whether or not that new thing someone else is promoting may be better than your idea
- why anyone would buy anything from you when there is so much free online
- how much competition there is in your niche
- whether or not you are in the "right" niche
- whether you should just forget the whole thing
I have been marketing online for a long time. All these thoughts crossed my mind at one time or another.
It is normal.
If any of these thoughts cross your mind, don't worry. It's normal.
Refocus your thoughts on something positive. Like why you wanted your own online business. Or refocus on positive action such as your plan of action. You do have goals and a plan to achieve your goals, don't you?

Thank you for sharing this. I am still very new at this, and these thoughts creep in frequently, and I have to refocus constantly. The key for me is to think long-term. This is not a race and I have to remind myself of that all the time. I have a good job, and I want my website to supplement that sometime in the near future. Ultimately I want my online business to put me out of work LOL!

I resort to SOS when I'm stressed...Stop...Observe...and Shift. Helps me to refocus.
