Wealthy affiliate for sure will teach you how to build a website on the WordPress platform. I have asked for some business courses to be added. The kind of people who are attracted to wealthy affiliate are full of Hope. Sure they're plenty of places online that teach the same level of website building classes for free. But I think the attraction to wealthy affiliate is you have all of these people who are at or near the same beginning level asking all of these same questions over and over again which get you exposed to the most common mistakes people make.
Wealthy affiliate is in the business of selling training. Therefore the longer you are in their training programs the better it is for wealthy affiliate. This is a good thing in my opinion. I would guess that 99% of the people involved here are one-man operations. Which puts us in the 1% that are functional businesses with products and services resources and personnel. It does not make us any better than anybody else just a little bit different because we've been doing this for quite a while.
Wealthy affiliate is so cheap the cost really isn't even worth talking about. But you can't expect to get a Mercedes for $49 a month. Actually wealthy affiliate itself is simply a guide. You and your fortitude are the things that make you different and successful.
Absolutely! But I believe WA, and the support and strength of its community, as well as the well put together lessons, are the tools that help you find that fortitude, perseverance and initiative.
I agree with you, I think that WA gives you all the opportunities that we need to create a new business. However, there are some people around that can not afford the $49 or the entire year. I had that problem now. I only could pay the first month but now I am having financial problems which are not allowing me to pay for my premium membership D:
I agree with Linda, the initial sacrifice will pay off. But it's also true that by 'initial ' stage we should remember this can last a couple of years or three. That can be a financial commitment which, I can understand, may not prove sustainable in the long run.
The beauty of WA is that , for free, it already gives you access to a lot of learning material, as well as to free domain for your website - enough to start off your business.
