Absence
Good Day Peeps!
Seems like I have been missing in action from the community for a few weeks. Actually, I have been doing a lot of reading but have not had the opportunity for a lot of commenting, or much publishing for that matter.
This makes today's post and my choice of the word "absence" even more appropriate. Absence as defined as a noun in the Merriam-Webster Dictionary: a state or condition in which something expected, or looked for is not present or does not exist: a state or condition in which something or someone is absent.
In Life...
I have had a tendency to look at some complicated issues, circumstances, people, etc., and apply a method of thinking which hopefully can break it all down into simpler terms, sometimes successful, sometimes failing miserably. A word such as absence or absent if you will, you would think, would fall into the category of being simple, right?
Being here in this community is something very important to many of us. This place is the fuel needed to keep the drive towards success alive, the resources, the training, the PEOPLE! Can you imagine for a moment if any of this suddenly disappeared - became "absent" from our life?
Juggling Life
You know, "other" jobs, training, building your sites, they all become competing priorities at times, most of the time actually. In order to succeed though you have to find a way. The people most important to you, yes indeed, you have to find a way to fit them into your world, wile at the same time holding on to an appreciation to everything they bring to this community. Let's not forget all the training, yeah, don't leave home without it!
Your Success
It is dependent on being a part of this community, your presence is needed here, for yourself as well as everyone else. We feed off of each other, we are our own best resource. The folks here are just waiting to be a part of helping us to become that next great success story! Sadly, at times we don't realize it until we come upon one of those "what if" moments! Suddenly it occurs to us that what is really important is right in front of us, including the people who have been with us on this journey, right from the beginning! You know who you are!
Let us all begin this week by being, "absent" from the "missing in action" column. Let us make an honest effort to get to work, get back to building that life you were born to live!
