This is a copy of my answer to a similar question yesterday:
I would not, from a business perspective, host client sites anywhere where I am "responsible" for access and uptime for the client.
If for some reason, you are not able to stay WA Premium, all your clients will have to migrate, and they may hold you responsible for the related costs.
I have built websites for clients for many years, and I have always made sure that the clients are the legal owners of the domains and have access to their own websites if for some reason I should become unavailable.
If a client can afford to hire somebody to build a website, they can afford hosting as well.
So maybe better to refer them to Bluehost or others and get an affiliate commission for the referral. And if something happens, the client can get mad at Bluehost and not you.
