I have a couple of domains registered with 123reg here in the UK. Both are dotcom domains. Would there be a cost involved in transferring them to Wealthy Affiliate?

... hey hi Gaz ... good question and all questions are good ones here ... and it looks like the awesome WA community of members have jumped in to assist you with it ...
... looks like Phil's got a fulsome reply for you, as well as, Charles has sent you a helpful one ...
... all the best to you & hope it all works out well ... :)
there will be a cost to transfer the registrar if you decide to choose wa as the registrar- this would be a years fee - but you get the time added to your ownership - so you don't really lose ( maybe this is something to think about at renewal time)
but to change the nameservers and host here - there is no cost.
if you transfer you get the anti spam protection, the email, the ssl certificate- along with the integration of the tools here - the one click move and the publishing from sitecontent.
have fun
phil

UPDATE:... ChrystopherJ gave me a great solution.
I have left them at 123reg and just pointed them to WA using the Name Server... DNS...
It gives me the benefits of WA features ie:... Email and SSL, but without having to transfer the registration.
So a big thumbs up to Chrystopher.
Best wishes and stay safe.

Hi Guys and Girls... Just going through the training and learning about "The Niche".
I have a question regarding affiliate links... for example I am in the UK and if I was t
Ey up mi duck! (I'm in Mansfield, but originally from Chesterfield).
What you actually have to do, is to sign up to as many Amazon programmes as you wish, America, Canada, France etc. You then make use of Amazon's own tool called OneLink. This ensures that potential customers are taken to their correct country.
Don't be tempted to sign up to Amazon too soon. You have to make 3 sales within 180 days or you get removed from their program. This is not easy until you start getting some traffic to your website.
Ey up... ee ba gum that wer quick..... thanks for the response and advice... just researching a niche at the minute but it was a question that popped into my head from an experience I had. Completely new to this concept but the more I learn and research the more optimistic I am becoming. I am so glad to hear from a few folk from the UK as most of the online businesses I have looked at are aimed at the US market and sometimes the marketing methods don't work in the UK.
Cheers
Gaz
Yeah Amazon have a feature through which you can set it so that it redirects the visitor to the relevant site (and you get the commission all the same) :)
Hi Dale.. appreciate you getting back to me so quickly... Just read your bio and I am glad you were able to prove yourself wrong and have been able to sack your boss and work for yourself full time... I think it is a dream most people have and I am encouraged to hear from someone who has actually done it.
Cheers
