Sometimes we all need to slow down a little and realise that the fast pace of our lives is most of our own making, and as such, is within our power to change. Not only that, but I had begun to lose hope that my life would ever get any better. I found myself trawling the internet for ways that I could improve my situation from home,
Conflicting emotions and some positive thoughts

It's funny how seeing and feeling the outpouring of unconditional love can make you feel sad, even when the very nature of unconditional love is the essence of eternal joy. A sadness for times past and an expectation for the future underpins much of what we all feel daily. These are just some thoughts about my emotions today as I watch events unfold around the world and particularly in the UK, where I am based. We are in changing times. I find that my emotions are conflicting - passing from sad
