Whatever you do or intend to achieve today, do this.
Start today with GRATITUDE and GOOD INTENTIONS and make a list of all the positive things that are in your world, right here, right now.
Ignore ALL and ANY NEGATIVE things and focus for 5 minutes on all the wonderful and good things that you have that make you feel happy.
Let's think of a few general ones to get you started:
- The amazing sun which comes up without fail every day, even if we can't see it, spreading its light and energy to all, without judgment or selection.
- The comfortable bed you slept in and the warmth you feel just lying there, knowing you had a great rest.
- The abundance of oxygen that you have access to, that you can feel fill your lungs with sweet, fresh air when you breathe in deeply.
- The comfortable clothes on your body and the food on your table.
- The love you feel when you think of your family, friends and the good times you've had.
- Remember a time when you had a really good laugh and go back and re-live it.
- Think of the best joke you know and then feel free to laugh out loud. Then do it again.
- Give thanks for your body's ability to maintain itself, for it knows how to breathe, how to process food, how to fight off infection, how to keep in balance, how to sleep. It's amazing and complex and each cell knows what it is supposed to do and regenerates itself without you having to do anything. It works however you treat it - it's just out of this world.
Continue with as many great, positive things you can find until you feel like you have a song in your heart and a spring in your step!
Now when you are feeling good, you can set your intentions for the day - but keep them general so you can stay really positive.
Something like:
I INTEND that today:
- Everything will be working out for me and I will feel happy all day long.
- Everyone I meet and everything I do will go well for me. I don't know how, and I don't need to know how - it just will.
- I will achieve the things I set out to achieve and even if I don't, I won't beat myself up about them because I know there is always tomorrow. There's very little in my life that needs to be done this very second - there's always time if I focus right.
- My relationships will be full of understanding, and my communication today will be better than it has ever been, meaning that I will have more awareness and understanding of every situation and the people I'm communicating with. That alone is going to make my day go well.
- I'm going to look after myself today, take time to rest and relax and make sure that I'm filling my body with nutritious foods that will foster my own well being. .
- I'm going to look for the best in every situation today and I'm going to find it. Then I'm going to rejoice when I realise that it's always been there and with my positive outlook today, even more positive aspects have revealed themselves to me.
- I'm going to feel excitement for the things that I know I am attracting into my life, because they are all here to help me and they are going to feel so great when they get here. And even if there are some things I don't yet have today which I would like, I can feel the exhilaration I get from trusting that they will be here soon and my desires will be met.
- And when I think about feeling good, I actually start to feel better about a whole bunch of things that might have been getting me down before. But now I'm excited to see how they're going to play out, because today, these things are going to work out well for me. I know it, I can feel it, and it feels GOOD!

Now you're ready for whatever the day brings.

I do this daily but for the past few days since a betrayal, it totally through me off. It was a bad one from a member I trusted.
I keep on shaking it off and reading this really helped immensely and I"m so glad I just saw it. The Universe knows what I need ;)
I'm going to save this and print it out, read it every morning to help me get back on track.
