Focus on the solution not the problem
Sometimes life can get the better of you and you can find yourself descending into dark thoughts, depression or even despair.
It's at times like this though that it is really important to remember your dreams and to focus on them daily, rather than the problems you face.
You will attract more of what you focus on, but remember that the 'problem' and the 'solution to your problem' are NOT the same thing, so don't think that you can find the solution by focusing on the problem.
There WILL ALWAYS BE A SOLUTION. The issue is, that by focusing on the problem, you often will not be able to see the solution to it!
Instead, focus on your dream or your goal, and allow yourself to think outside the box, and for inspiration to come to you about the solution.
It's a bit like the old adage of the fly who continually flies into the glass window in an attempt to get out. If he could only fly back a bit, to see the room and the world outside in full view, he would notice the solution of the open window at the top!
Have a great day, focusing on what you want to achieve instead of the problems you are facing.
The universe has a great way of helping you out if you let it.

Great message, thank you! Just what I need today. Have been trying to do this, but even more determined now.

One of the things I have found about problems is people tend to focus on symptoms rather than cause. Example you catch the flu. People tend to treat the fever, the coughing, the sneezing etc., rather than look for the cause and treat that to reduce the possibility of catching the flu again. You still have to treat the symptoms to get better, but also remove the cause. Positive thinking can also help.
There is no need to think of negative thoughts as there are many individuals here at WA that will always support you and your dreams :) Of course, I am one of those individuals, I wish you all the best as always

Great post-Gail you are right we have to focus on the goals and dreams instead of our problems because as long as we focus we won't find that solution we have to focus on the solution instead of the problem. Thank you for sharing such a great post

Glad you liked it Mary. Have a great, goal-focused weekend. And lots of R&R too, of course!
I am working on my goals not being very successful at it but I am trying though and I am resting all the time.

Consistency and effort are the key. If you find things are not working, try changing one small thing at a time to see what improvement that can bring - you might be pleasantly surprised.
Thank you for the advice I really appreciate that I will work on that, In fact, I am making some changing and of course adding so I am doing it already.

That's great.
