I would like to know if all posts have to be 1000 words? Can I put a video with some words or a small article describing steps to do or follow? Thanks in advance!!
Hi Dean- more than 1000 is great as Google will become your friend a lot quicker - some posts are 2500- 3500 depending on what needs to be written
You can do it!!! the more you write the easier it becomes
I wish you all the best and if you need help, please reach out
Vicki
Hi, new to this. No idea what you are talking about. Can you enlighten or guide me where to read? Thanks.
Hi Sandra- Welcome to Wealthy Affiliate and I suggest instead of me trying to explain this to you, you go start the training as you will learn everything you need step by step to build a solid foundation for your online future
I wish you success and a fun journey and we are here to help

So a post like this is only 257 words

So this is not advisable?
Are you building a woo commerce shop site?
Check this out if you are: Using WooCommerce for Affiliate Links It mentioned something about blog posts and may help you.
I will check it out, and no to the first question.
I just wanted to do something similar to the link provided where its pretty much impossible to do 1000 words...
Okay, remove the word impossible from your thinking and realize that all copywriting gets easier when you practice.
Also, if you aren't doing the woo commerce thing, you can ignore that video. I know shop sites get ranked differently in search engines from some of Jay's training videos.
A goal for each blog post is to address a problem, mention the solution, and then cover the benefits by giving reasons that this is the best product for your reader.
I can write at least 1k now for any product I pick even if 90% of it involves telling a relatable story to touch on some emotional points.

FYI, the DJI affiliate program is on Awin.com. If you are only selling them through Amazon, you'll lose a lot of commissions because the Amazon cookie is only one day, while the cookie available through the program on Awin is 30 days.
Thanks for the heads up. Appreciate it!
