Stuck In A Rut, Determined To Get OUt
Upgraded To Premium
I joined Wealthy Associates on July 23, 2018 and immediately purchased the Premium Upgrade as I felt that this would give me an advantage. I received access to many helpful areas of Wealthy Associates with this upgrade. This is a valuable tool in my opinion and I am glad that I did this.
Now, Not So ConfidentI started this journey a few days ago Super Confident. I read what everyone had to say and was extra "pumped up" about getting training under way. I started immediately and got to the point of creating my website. However, as noted in my previous Blog, I chose a niche that would not be a money-maker. So, now I feel stuck.
Not Sure If I Can Do ThisI was fully committed when I began this. In my heart, I'm still fully committed. But my mind is fighting against it. As you know from my last blog, I am having a hard time coming up with a niche, which most of you have had absolutely no problem doing. I have no hobbies. I am on Social Security Disability (born with Spina Bifida), I can walk, just have chronic back pain. So I am always home. I have all the time in the world to dedicate to my work with Wealthy Associates.
Have To Get Out Of RutRight now, I'm in a bit of a rut. Have to find my niche, can't expect anyone else to find it for me. This is something I have to do, I just have no idea how to do this. It's crazy, the simplest thing is what I'm having the most trouble with, hehe. I'm at the point in my traing where I am to Create Initial Website Content. However, I cannot do this, of course, until I decide upon a niche. So I suppose I will be stuck here for a little longer. But I have faith that I will make it out eventually.

Don't know if this'll work, but why not start by taking an inventory of your interests - all your interests. From that, you might be able to cull a keyword or two. It's all about keywords. That's my advice, I'm sure you'll do fine once you have that in your sights.

I think it will help. Succeeding With Golf Balls, Scaling With Shoes! I chose my first website based on what I actually wanted to write about and looked upon it as a training exercise where I just learned the ropes.
Now I know bit more I am in the process of choosing a second niche and having another go at it.
Lots of people talk about their niche ideas that didn't work so don't feel like this is a one shot deal.
Choosing a niche can be mind-boggling.
However, take your time in making your choice as once you start building out your website, you don't want to stop mid-way through if you can help it.

Since posting this, I have had a flood of ideas. I guess I just had to put me fears down and the floodgates opened, hehe. I am ready move forward. Now my problem is limiting the many things I have thought of down to a few, hehe. Almost as bad as having no ideas......no, not really.

haha... It was just a matter of time. Sometimes just stepping away from something will inspire you.

Choosing a niche can be an obstacle, but I think most of the time we make it more complicated than it is. There are many WA posts on the subject (training & blogs). Be sure to use the WA search bar (at the top) to find them.
