What goes around comes around? Do unto others etc? A key part of our WAU community is "paying it forward" and helping others - right? Related to this I think it's important to follow what other WAUers are doing and offer to help some? many? etc.
I follow a very large number of WAUers and a very large but far lesser (as expected) number of WAUers are following me. If I followed 12 and 4 are following me then my ratio would be 3 to 1 - right?
Well, I just computed my actual ratio and was surprised that it is a low as it is. Just curious as to what other WAU member's numbers are and what their ratio is, Please Private Message me your numbers and ratio and I will share both my numbers and ratio with you.
If your ratio is better than mine then the next time we meet the free senior coffee at Wendy's is on me. OK???

This awesome community the like of which I have never seen before inspires you to help others in all situations , I find myself researching for a solution to a questions asked by other members I also try and help them get their own solutions and point them in the right direction for the necessary training to resolve their problems I spend up to three hours a day answering Emails, comments and helping with problems, I haven't done any new training yet but that will come.
all of the above I enjoy doing its almost addictive, each day my target is to have no emails left to read, This is my way of paying it forward and its my pleasure to do this.

I give as much a I can, and have never been let down by the help I have gotten, if that counts. Some of my friends should be counted as 2, 3, 4, for all the help they have given me!
I'm on a 1/1 ratio 500 to 500, but this isn't important, more important is the give and get ranking: what do you give and how much you get. For myself I really get more at WA then I ever can give.

I'm new so I'm following about 10 more people than are following me, but I don't know the ratio stuff. It was quite common for me to fail math. Hey those are the statistics, but doesn't seem to be hurting our community much.
