When I write a post, I like to include a quote by someone influential as my opening "paragraph" and I'll put the name of the person I quoted on the next line. So when I do this

I would recommend including the keyword within the first paragraph of content, so I think taking a screenshot of the quote is a good idea or making the quote into an image with photoshop or some other image editor.

Thanks for the response! I will take a screenshot of the quote, but I will usually need a line of text for the citation (I like to link to the book the quote was taken from, so I can't include this in the screenshot, see this post for an example: http://revolution-in-education.com/the-best-books-to-read-to-a-child). Then the attribution would be considered my first paragraph, so my keywords would still appear in the second paragraph. Do you think that is fine, or would you recommend removing the link in the citation so I can include it in the screenshot along with the quote? Thanks again for your time :)

Yeah, I see. perhaps you could just screen shot the actual quote, and then type the attribution with the link in it underneath. That way the attribution is technically the only text before your first paragraph. An alternative would be to type an intro pararaph with the keyword, then do the quote underneath.

You can add it as a screenshot.

But it is OK if you have the keyword in the title and url, and in the summary, plus in image file name and in meta parameters.

Thanks for the response, very helpful info! How do I edit the summary? Do you mean the description in the All In One SEO Pack? Also, for clarity, the original file name should have the key words, or the caption for the image?

Thanks again for your help :)

By summary I mean conclusion. Yes, meta description in AIO. For images see my training
