I need a little help finding my niche (I feel kinda lost)

Maybe 1 of you guys can give me some advice...I have a vague idea of the niche I want to target. I'm not here to quit my day job!

Today I have the day off. My boss is pretty liberal with the holidays. For example we get our birthdays off. and if our birthday falls on a weekend we get to take friday or monday off (our choice). When Disaster Strikes
