That is a recurring questions in pm and as reaction on some blogs. Especially for those who want to add an extra sound track on video.
There are several apps on the market. Just know that most of them do not respect your creativity and keep your work. Meaning they make your copyrights their own.
A classic and unbeaten one for royalty free music remains pixabay
And for creating AI audio
For now, one of the better ones I came across with ai royalty free music is Mubert.

it adds mubert ever x secs on your free track and does not allow you to download it either... so restricted. Just listen... 🤧

All tricky, beware.
You can download nothing
Mubert is less tricky, but you have to upgrade. Nothing free and no rights
Best part is the free audio... and even then. But this goes for all music apps.
Pixabay is BESt
I agree with Pixabay being best. Very easy to join (with Gmail and other email) and download is just a couple clicks. Always read the License agreement. Pixabay is very very good, free, has upgrades too and affordable with a great variety.
YouTube audio library is very good too but somewhat limited in tracks but setup is very similar to Pixabay and free.
This thing adds annoying "mubert" voice in the track every 10 seconds or so. How to avoid this?
Yep, forgot to mention that one... happens now on all free images and audio most of the time... yuk indeed

I guess they want you to upgrade, you cannot use it as it is with that word being repeated out loud. Pity. I checked also those pre-existing, the same.

No I do not know any. I stopped adding music as a background after somebody complained it was annoying. I had to agree it was indeed so.
Yes, mixing is tough and needs more than 1 track
