Are You A Resourceful Person?
Here is today's quote: “Now is no time to think of what you do not have. Think of what you can do with what there is.” (Ernest Hemingway)
It's frustrating to make a plan and then discover you are lacking in the resources to fulfill it. If such is the case, then you must find a way to use what you have. It is often not the missing resources that cause the problem; it's a lack of resourcefulness.
You have a chance to bring your creativeness into play. It's time to think outside the box. If you can't find a ready solution to a problem, look around you at what you have available, and find an original method to solve your difficulty.
You can't wait around for life to supply your solution. Waiting around might well lead to boredom. Instead, be proactive! Don't wait for things to come to you, but go out and get them for yourself.
Perhaps you can discover new tools. They may allow you to move forward in a way you hadn't considered before. For example, have you investigated ChatGPT to learn in what ways this new innovation could be helpful?
Often, a resourceful person can see opportunities where another might see nothing but obstacles. Be original in your thinking and produce a unique solution. If a traditional solution fails, use your resourcefulness to find a new way.
As Napoleon Hill tells us, if you are resourceful, you can make an opportunity fit your needs. Maybe it will require some original ideas, but you can develop them. Don't let the lack of resources shut you down. Your own resourcefulness is key. Develop it.

There is certainly a huge difference between having resources and being resourceful...
I have been playing around with some of these AI tools recently and whilst a bit sceptical to begin with.... when used correctly, they can certainly aid us in our businesses!
The resourceful person will always find the right resources my friend! :-)
Well, my first problem...my phone would not call with the code they sent. So, now I have to call the phone company.
They wanted my phone number. I put in the number and was told they would send me a code that I needed to enter. The call never went through.
Oh, it was for the ChatGPT. If they sent the code, I never received it. My phone did not ring.
Strange... when I created an account with them all I needed to enter was my email address and create a password!!

I grew up in a resourceful household thankfully, I appreciate that it requires finding our talents and leaning into that gift. Things appear when we are clear on what we want!

Oh, I've had that happen...I'll need a certain thing and it will suddenly appear. That happened once on Spruce Island at my homestead. We needed another wood stove, and, lo and behold, it appeared in a most unexpected place, free of charge!

I fight myself when I get into the poor thinking of nothing happens for me. I remind myself of so many times when I have not had something and how it eventually appeared into my life from constant attention and focus.

It’s a great quote. When you live in supposed 3rd world countries and see what can be achieved it gives hope for the future. Unfortunately I look at the opioid epidemic in TheUSA and see what is thrown away ( no blame attached) and compare to poor countries that have nothing but conviction and I know where I want to live.
We are indeed fortunate to be where we are. Gratitude is a great way to acknowledge that.
